چکیده

An analytical method was developed and validated for the determination of fludioxonil in rice samples. Rice samples study were collected from different regions Pakistan. The based on safe cost-effective extraction grains using acetone methanol (1:1), efficient clean-up through homogenous mixture acidic aluminium (12 g) activated charcoal (1 followed by liquid chromatographic with UV detection. Quantification performed Prospher Star C18 (5 µm, 25 × 0.46 cm) column maintaining temperature 40 °C detector wavelength 212 nm mobile phase 50:50 v/v methanol-water (pH 3.3) employing flow rate 1.0 mL min−1 20 µL injection volume. showed linearity (0.01–16 mg−1) correlation coefficient greater than 0.998. proposed precisely sample all regions, showing recoveries higher 98%. Badin, Multan, Hyderabad, Lahore, Jahania Sarghoda found to have residues 0.046, 0.045, 0.043, 0.040, 0.024 0.016 mg Kg−1 respectively, below maximum residual limit (MRL) level i.e. 0.05 whereas Khanewal Gularchi residue above MRL 0.065 0.058 respectively. However, not detected city Makhdumpur.

Method validation for simultaneous determination of pesticide residues in post-mortem samples by high- performance liquid chromatography- ultraviolet method

The process of method validation has a direct impact on the quality of residue analytical data. Forensic laboratories are specifically in need of effective methods for the correct interpretation of toxicological findings. Unreliable data can lead to unjustified legal consequences or to wrong treatment of the patient. The importance of method validation is emphasized by Peters et al. [1] not onl...
